Custom Service: Step By Step Process

Client Submits

Drawings, Sketches, Images, or Images of similar Products. (Must include dimensions, type of finish required, quantity interested in producing, and type of metal. Custom Fashion Jewels costs the goods both development and production.

Initial offer

Based on the information you provide, we will give you an estimated quotation. We will clearly list your requirements in the quotation form, so that you can more easily understand and confirm the details with us.

Designs

After received customers' deposit,Peishang Jewelry first process of development starts by taking your sketch, art or drawing, and starts building a 3-dimensional image of the design.

Mother mold

The customer receives a 3D image of what the actual product will look like. Upon approval of the 3D rendering, our professional model makers, will determine the appropriate type of mold needed to form to accomplish maximum results.

Upon Completion

Of the mold, Custom Fashion Jewels will now be able to cast a sample, finish it as you the customer would like and send a finished pre-production sample to the client for approval to proceed to production.

Get It

Once the sample meets your expectations, we proceed to manufacture your custom jewelry, which is then inspected for quality, packed, and delivered.

Q: Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?
-A: We are manufacturer specialized in 925 silver/Brass jewelry. OEM & ODM service are available.(You are always welcome to visit the factory,we will arrange to pick-up you.)

Q.Could you offer private logo service?
A:Yes, customers' logo service accepted.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Q: How to place order ?
-A: We have many designs are with stock, we think this is a good solution for jewelry entrepreneurs.

Q: When the product will be ready for shipment?
-A: Shipment date is about 2-25 days after receipt of payment.(stock Products can be shipped the next day)

.How about your after-sales service?
- A. You are entitled to return products for repairing within one week of the delivery date if it's quality problem. Once we've received your return we'll send you an email with an update.
- B. If it's our fault, we will provide free replacement cargo service.
- C. If It's due to uncontrollable factors, we only charge you the cost of repair.
- D. If you have sold the products, problems due to the passage of time or wearing caused by abrasion, etc., we will charge you a part of repair costs.

Q: What will be the packing?
-A: Our standard packing is opp bag and bubble wrap to protect your goods by most. Customized packing is accepted, please contact us for more info.

Q: This is my first time buy from your company , how to arrange the shipping way for me?
-A: We ususally send jewelry by DHL , FEDEX , UPS ,EMS , they are all safe and fast (usually take 3-7 days), you just waitting for your goods at your home or your office is ok .After delivering goods, we will send you tracking number in time.
